79th East Private Limited is hiring a Back Office Executive with experience in Wealth Management operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Mutual Fund operations, Demat account servicing, KYC processing, RTA coordination, transaction processing, ledger reporting, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle KYC, CKYC, FATCA, and client onboarding documentation.
• Process Mutual Fund transactions including Purchase, Redemption, SIP, STP, SWP, and Switches.
• Coordinate with RTAs (CAMS, KFin Technologies, etc.) for transaction processing and service requests.
• Manage Demat account opening, modifications, nominee updates, bank changes, transmission, and account maintenance.
• Prepare ledger reports, holding statements, transaction reports, and client portfolio reports.
• Create and maintain Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS Reports for management.
• Support Relationship Managers with operational activities and client servicing.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, AMFI, and regulatory guidelines while maintaining accurate records.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge of Mutual Fund Operations, Demat Services, KYC \& RTA Processes.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF Functions, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Dashboards \& MIS Reporting).
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with accuracy, meet deadlines, and manage multiple operational tasks.

Preferred Qualification

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration.
• NISM Mutual Fund Distributor (Series V-A) certification is preferred.
