Position

Customer Service and Documentation - Air and Sea.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, shipment updates, and follow-ups.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and Bill of Lading/Air Waybill.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and internal teams for shipment execution.
• Track shipments and proactively communicate delays or status updates to customers.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with logistics procedures.
• Maintain shipment records and resolve customer issues promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service and documentation within the freight forwarding/logistics industry.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
• Strong attention to detail and customer-focused approach.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
