Job Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and provide timely support.

Assist customers with Alibaba.com services, product listings, and mini-sites.

Resolve customer issues and coordinate with internal teams when required.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system.

Explain platform features and services to customers.

Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

Required Skills

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Ability to work in a team.

Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline.

Freshers can apply.

Candidates with experience in customer service or customer support will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
