Job Description

We are hiring confident and customer-focused individuals for the position of Customer Support Executive. Candidates must possess excellent English communication skills and the ability to communicate professionally with customers.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply, provided they meet the communication requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice calls and chat support.
• Understand customer issues and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Follow process guidelines and maintain service quality.
• Ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Candidates must be confident in speaking and understanding English fluently.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work from the office in Hazratganj, Lucknow.
• Candidates must be comfortable with the applicable shift timings and work schedule.

Important Note: This role requires excellent English communication skills. Candidates who are not comfortable speaking and understanding English fluently, or who have only basic English communication skills, are requested NOT to apply.

Salary & Benefits

• Full-Time: Up to ₹23,000 CTC per month, depending on interview performance and experience.
• Part-Time: Up to ₹8,000 per month, depending on the role and selection.
