Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Explain company products, including batteries, LED lights, engine oil, lubricants, and related products.

Generate leads and identify potential sales opportunities.

Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, and product requirements.

Maintain customer databases and update call records.

Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.

Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate product information.

Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Required Skills

Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.

Confident telephone communication and customer-handling skills.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.

Good follow-up, convincing, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work towards targets.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.

Experience

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Gender

Open to all candidates.

Industry Preference

Automotive, automobile spare parts, batteries, lubricants, electrical products, or FMCG sales experience preferred.
