Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for an e-commerce voice process in Indore. Graduates with good communication skills are welcome to apply. Freshers can apply, and candidates with at least 6 months of documented sales experience may be eligible for a higher salary package.

Handle customer calls and assist customers with their queries.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation is mandatory.

Freshers are eligible to apply.

Candidates with at least 6 months of documented sales experience may be eligible for the experienced salary package.

Good communication skills are required.

Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary Details

For Freshers

CTC: Rs. 18,000 per month

Approximate in-hand salary

Rs. 14,000 to Rs. 15,000 per month + up to Rs. 10,000 in incentives.

For Candidates with at Least 6 Months of Documented Sales Experience

CTC

Rs. 21,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month, up to Rs. 15,000 in incentives. Depending on experience and eligibility.

Working Schedule

Shift window

9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Shift duration

9 hours, including a 1-hour break.

Working days

6 days per week.

Rotational shifts as per business requirements.

Interview Process

Walk-in interview only.

Immediate joiners are preferred. Candidates should be comfortable working from the office in Indore.
