Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through calls, chat, and email.

Understand customer problems and provide the right solution.

Resolve complaints politely and professionally.

Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, or processes.

Maintain proper records of customer interactions.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Follow company policies and customer service guidelines.

Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain customer satisfaction.

Handle multiple customer queries while maintaining quality and response time.

Escalate complex issues to the concerned senior/team when required.

Required Skills

Good communication skills in English/Hindi.

Active listening and problem-solving skills.

Patience and a customer-friendly attitude.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to work under pressure.

Good coordination and time-management skills.

Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts, if required.

Pay

₹10,550.97 - ₹16,000.00 per month
