About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to help customers understand and effectively use our MAPOG platform, assist with queries, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Guide customers through product onboarding and feature demonstrations.

Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and online meetings.

Follow up with users to ensure customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with the technical team to resolve issues.

Collect customer feedback and maintain customer records.

Build long-term customer relationships and encourage product usage.

Requirements

Graduation required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with web applications.

Willingness to learn about GIS, mapping technology, and SaaS products.
