Job Summary

Ashapura Softech is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in the IT Industry and exposure to international markets and clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong client-handling abilities, and a proven capability to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities from international markets (US/UK/Europe)
• Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Communicate with international clients through calls, emails, and meetings
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for project discussions
• Maintain sales pipeline and daily reporting
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Mandatory Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in Business Development within IT Industry only
• Experience working with international clients and markets is compulsory
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken \& written)
• Strong understanding of IT services and solutions
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of lead generation platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, etc.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
