We are looking for experienced Area Sales Managers (ASM) to drive business growth through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and channel partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and activate new DSAs across assigned locations.
• Manage existing DSA relationships and improve partner productivity.
• Drive business sourcing for Loan Against Property (LAP), Mortgage Loans, Home Loans, and School/Education Institution Loans.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business and disbursement targets.
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, and Operations teams for smooth loan processing.
• Conduct field visits, train DSAs, and develop new business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in NBFC/BFSI sales.
• Experience in LAP/Mortgage Loans or School/Education Financing.
• Proven experience in DSA/channel sales and relationship management.
• Good understanding of credit policies and loan documentation.
• Strong local market knowledge and willingness to travel extensively (70–80%).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
