REBUILD CONSULTANCY Field Marketing Executive Society Redevelopment Consultancy Location: Pune, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-Time \| Field Work Job Responsibilities: - Visit residential housing societies across Pune. - Connect with society Chairmen, Secretaries, and Managing Committee members. - Introduce our redevelopment consultancy services. - Identify societies interested in redevelopment. - Generate leads and schedule meetings with our consultancy team. - Maintain daily visit reports and follow up with potential clients. Candidate Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Fluency in Marathi and Hindi; basic English preferred. - Confident in meeting and approaching new people. - Two-wheeler preferred. - Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. - Experience in real estate, field sales, or society coordination is an advantage.
