Job Responsibilities
- Prepare tandoori dishes, kebabs, tikka, naan, roti, and other tandoor items.
- Handle marination, mise en place, and daily food preparation.
- Maintain food quality, taste, portion size, and presentation.
- Ensure kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Manage tandoor operations and minimize food wastage.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth and timely service.
- Pay
