Security field officer

• Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and alert Security Field Officer to monitor security operations, conduct field visits, ensure compliance with security protocols, and maintain discipline and safety at assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits and inspections at assigned sites.
• Monitor Labour and ensure proper deployment and attendance.
• Ensure compliance with security procedures and company policies.
• Prepare daily reports on site visits, incidents, and activities.
• Handle Cleaning -related issues and escalate incidents to the concerned team.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and management.
• Ensure proper uniform, grooming, and discipline among staff.
• Be available to work in rotational shifts as per operational requirements.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in security operations or field supervision.
• Must have a personal two-wheeler (bike) for field visits.
• Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
• Good communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage security personnel and handle field-level issues.
• Valid driving licence and knowledge of local routes preferred.
