Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an e-commerce seller support process in Pune.

The role involves assisting sellers with their queries, providing accurate information, resolving process-related concerns, and maintaining a professional customer experience.

Candidates with 6–12 months of experience in international chat support, customer service, e-commerce support, or seller support are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle seller queries through the designated support channel.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
• Assist sellers with process-related queries and issues.
• Follow standard operating procedures and process guidelines.
• Communicate professionally with sellers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case details.
• Identify issues requiring additional support and escalate them appropriately.
• Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer service expectations.
• Follow company policies and process requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• 6–12 months of experience in international chat support is preferred.
• Experience in e-commerce seller support or customer service will be an advantage.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Comfortable working 5.5 days per week with rotational weekly offs.
• Willingness to work from the office in Pune.

Compensation \& Benefits

• ₹30,000–₹32,000 CTC per month, depending on relevant experience and selection.
