Customer Service Representative

Job Duties \& Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming and outgoing calls in a prompt, polite, and professional manner.
• Transfer calls to the appropriate team members, deliver messages accurately, and respond to general inquiries about business hours, services, and location.
• Ensure all landline numbers are functional and report any issues to the Admin Department without delay.
• Cross-check CRM inquiries and accurately enter all client details within 30 minutes of receiving the inquiry.
• Greet visitors, clients, and candidates courteously, guide them to the appropriate department, and maintain the visitor logbook.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Support administrative tasks, assist new employees with documentation and joining formalities, and train new joiners on telephone etiquette and front desk procedures.
• Maintain daily reports accurately, ensure timely call follow-ups, and coordinate effectively with internal teams.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
