Track product orders and monitor delivery status through courier or postal services.
Contact customers to confirm product dispatch, delivery status, and receipt of products.
Follow up with courier and postal service providers regarding pending, delayed, or undelivered shipments.
Maintain and update daily delivery tracking data in Excel or the company's CRM system.
Record order details, tracking IDs, dispatch dates, delivery status, and customer feedback.
Contact customers after delivery to confirm product receipt and provide post-service support.
Handle customer queries related to product delivery, shipment delays, and order status.
Identify delivery issues and coordinate with the concerned team to resolve them.
Prepare daily reports on delivered, pending, returned, and undelivered products.
Ensure all customer records and delivery updates are accurate and up to date.
