Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives for our calling process in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls.
• Respond to customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Explain products, services, and processes to customers.
• Maintain professional communication and a positive customer experience.
• Record customer interactions and update details in the system.
• Follow up with customers whenever required.
• Achieve assigned performance and customer service targets.

Required Skills

• Good communication and telephone etiquette.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Customer handling and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
• Hindi and Marathi communication skills preferred; English proficiency is an added advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
