Job Summary

We are looking for a Research Analyst / Senior Research Analyst to support B2B lead generation and appointment-setting activities. The role involves researching target markets, connecting with business prospects, qualifying leads, and generating sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to B2B prospects in assigned markets.
• Understand and communicate client products and services effectively.
• Research companies and identify potential business opportunities.
• Connect with decision-makers and assess their business requirements.
• Qualify prospects and generate sales-qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Follow up with prospects and support lead-nurturing activities.
• Achieve assigned lead-generation and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of B2B lead generation, appointment setting, inside sales, or business development experience.
• Must have knowledge/experience of SaaS products.
• Sales or business development experience preferred.
• Good understanding of B2B sales processes.
