- Data Management \& Record Keeping: Accurately entering verification results into internal databases, maintaining MIS reports, and keeping records up to date.
- Fraud Identification: Identifying mismatched, fraudulent, or suspicious documents and escalating them to supervisors.
- Compliance Adherence: Ensuring all processes comply with company guidelines, policies, and industry regulations.
- Communication \& Coordination: Coordinating with stakeholders, candidates, or vendors to clarify discrepancies and obtain missing information.
