Document Verification Executive

• Verification of Documents: Thoroughly reviewing submitted documents (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN, educational certificates, employment proof) to ensure they are valid, authentic, and complete.
• Data Management \& Record Keeping: Accurately entering verification results into internal databases, maintaining MIS reports, and keeping records up to date.
• Fraud Identification: Identifying mismatched, fraudulent, or suspicious documents and escalating them to supervisors.
• Compliance Adherence: Ensuring all processes comply with company guidelines, policies, and industry regulations.
• Communication \& Coordination: Coordinating with stakeholders, candidates, or vendors to clarify discrepancies and obtain missing information.
