Job Summary

We are looking for a Back Office Banking Executive to support day-to-day office operations, documentation, coordination, and follow-up activities. The ideal candidate should have basic computer and Excel knowledge, good communication skills, and a responsible and organized approach to work.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic work on MS Excel, MS Word, and other computer applications.
• Coordinate with different people/teams for regular updates and follow-ups.
• Prepare, print, arrange, and maintain documents for signatures and approvals.
• Prepare and organize routine office and banking-related documents.
• Maintain basic records, files, and documentation.
• Follow up with relevant people regarding pending documents, updates, and requirements.
• Support day-to-day office coordination and administrative activities.
• Ensure documents and records are properly organized and readily available.
• Perform other routine back-office and coordination tasks as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Excel and computer applications.
• Commerce background preferred, but not mandatory.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic documentation and record-keeping ability.
• Should be organized, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Freshers can also apply if they have basic computer knowledge.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
