The Senior Manager - Marketing will be responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end marketing, branding, and communication strategy for our real estate business. As a core member of the executive leadership team, you will bridge traditional real estate marketing with modern digital transformation, data analytics, and high-impact consumer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Brand \& Performance Marketing

• Formulate and execute comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns for premium residential, commercial, and township projects.
• Own and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI across performance marketing (Lead Generation), ATL/BTL, and PR.
• Drive digital transformation by deploying cutting-edge MarTech tools, SEO/SEM strategies, and data-driven targeted advertising to consistently fuel the sales pipeline.

Market Intelligence \& Product Positioning

• Conduct robust market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends in the Eastern India real estate market.
• Partner closely with the Product and Sales teams to influence project configuration, pricing strategy, and launch timelines based on consumer insights.

Group Synergy \& Corporate Communications

• Maintain and elevate the corporate brand identity, ensuring a unified and credible image that reflects the strengths of our diversified group (Real Estate, Edible Oil, etc.).
• Manage public relations, crisis communication, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives to strengthen the group's goodwill in the region.

Agency \& Stakeholder Management

• Lead and mentor a high-performing internal marketing team.
• Select, negotiate with, and manage external creative agencies, digital partners, PR firms, and event management companies.
