Regional Sales Manager

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Rajasthan Company: VOLD Energy Asia Pvt. Ltd. Location: Rajasthan | Full-time | Field Sales VOLD Energy is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales and distribution across Rajasthan. The candidate will be responsible for growing sales, expanding our distribution network, developing territories and managing the state sales team. Key Responsibilities • Handle sales operations across Rajasthan and achieve monthly and annual sales targets. • Identify, appoint and onboard super stockists and distributors in key cities and districts. • Manage super stockist and distributor relationships, sales performance, stock availability and payment follow-ups. • Drive primary and secondary sales through regular market visits, distributor reviews and retail expansion. • Recruit, train and lead the sales team; assign territories and targets, and review daily performance. • Develop new territories and strengthen coverage in existing markets through effective market and route planning. • Prepare daily activity reports and monthly reports covering sales, collections, market coverage, team performance and targets. • Track competitor activity, pricing and market feedback, and recommend actions to increase sales. Candidate Requirements • Proven sales experience in FMCG or beverages, preferably with responsibility for a region or state. • Strong knowledge of Rajasthan’s markets and distribution channels. • Experience appointing and managing super stockists and distributors. • Ability to lead a field sales team and deliver sales targets. • Strong communication, negotiation, planning and reporting skills. • Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan. Candidates with an established super stockist and distributor network in Rajasthan will be preferred.
