Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at Sumu Global Ayurveda Private Limited . The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹15000- ₹25,000 . Key Responsibilities: Respond to incoming inquiries from online channels, phone calls, or walk-ins, and occasionally perform outbound prospecting. Listen to consumer preferences and questions to match them with the right product or service. Showcase features, benefits, pricing, and current promotions through clear demonstrations or discussions. Address customer doubts or price concerns politely and provide reassuring information. Guide the consumer through the checkout or agreement process to complete transactions quickly. Use software tools to log customer interactions, track pipeline status, and record sales metrics. Handle basic returns, answer follow-up questions, and ensure customer satisfaction to drive repeat business. Job Requirements: The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 4 years of experience . Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
