Customer Care Executive

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. Provide accurate information regarding fertility treatments, consultations, and procedures. Capture and update patient information in CRM systems. Schedule appointments and coordinate with clinic teams. Follow up with prospective and existing patients. Maintain confidentiality of patient information. Achieve process quality and productivity targets. Candidate Requirements Graduate or Undergraduate with relevant customer service experience. Comfortable handling sensitive healthcare-related conversations with professionalism and empathy. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred. Important Job Requirement As this role supports patients seeking fertility and reproductive healthcare services, candidates must be: Comfortable discussing male and female reproductive health topics in a professional and respectful manner. Comfortable using and explaining medical and fertility-related terminology, including terms such as sperm, eggs (ova), embryo, IVF, IUI, fertility treatment, reproductive health , and other related concepts. Able to communicate sensitive medical information with maturity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Comfortable interacting with patients from diverse backgrounds regarding personal health concerns. Skills Required Strong communication and listening skills. Empathy and patient-centric approach.
