We are looking for an energetic and experienced Team Leader – Real Estate Sales to lead our sales team, drive business growth, and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Job Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate sales executives.

Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.

Monitor individual and team performance and ensure achievement of targets.

Generate and follow up on leads through calls, meetings, site visits, and other channels.

Guide team members in converting leads into successful property transactions.

Conduct regular team meetings and provide sales training and motivation.

Assist team members during client meetings, negotiations, and site visits.

Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Track sales pipelines, follow-ups, site visits, bookings, and closures.

Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.

Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company's sales strategy.

Ensure professional customer service throughout the sales process.

Stay updated on local real estate market trends, projects, pricing, and competition.

Candidate Requirements

3–6 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with team-handling experience.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong leadership and team-management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of the local real estate market.

Ability to motivate a sales team and work under targets.

Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.

Must be comfortable with client meetings and property site visits.

Candidates with experience in residential/commercial property sales will be preferred.
