Job Overview

Merge Force Technologies & Business Solutions LLP is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our team. The selected candidates will contact potential clients, introduce the company's digital marketing and website development services, generate leads, and coordinate follow-ups with prospective customers.

This position is suitable for freshers and experienced candidates interested in telecalling, lead generation, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients.

Introduce and explain digital marketing and website development services.

Identify potential customers and generate leads.

Follow up with interested prospects.

Schedule meetings with prospective clients.

Maintain call records and update lead information.

Understand client requirements and communicate them to the relevant team.

Maintain professional communication with prospective customers.

Requirements

Good communication skills in Tamil and English.

Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.

Basic knowledge of email, WhatsApp, and computer applications.

Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Willingness to learn about digital marketing services and lead generation.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Salary and Benefits

Monthly salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000.
