Jewellery Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery based on their requirements and budget.

Handle walk-in customers and convert enquiries into successful sales.

Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.

Promote jewellery schemes, offers and new collections.

Prepare estimates and explain jewellery pricing, making charges and billing clearly.

Handle customer enquiries, negotiations and objections professionally.

Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.

Follow up with customers and generate sales opportunities.

Support and guide junior sales staff and AJCs.

Maintain proper product display and counter standards.

Ensure accurate stock handling and coordinate with the inventory and billing teams.

Handle customer exchange/return requests professionally.

Maintain showroom discipline, safety and customer service standards.

Requirements

1–5 years of experience in jewellery showroom sales.

Experience in Gold / Silver Jewellery Sales is preferred.

Strong customer-handling and communication skills.

Good knowledge of jewellery products, pricing and sales processes.

Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.

Tamil communication is essential.

Candidates with experience in reputed jewellery brands are preferred.

Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
