Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end international sales through outbound voice calls
• Engage with prospective international customers, understand their needs, and pitch relevant products/services
• Qualify leads, manage objections, and close sales effectively
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales revenue and conversion targets ● Build and nurture long-term client relationships through follow-ups and after-sales support
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
• Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months+ of experience in International Voice Process / Outbound Sales
• Proven experience in end-to-end sales (not limited to lead generation) ● Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accent
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work in the Australian shift (5:00 AM – 2:00 PM IST)
