Job Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to generate leads and promote hospital services.
• Perform field visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporates, and other potential referral sources.
• Organize and coordinate health camps, cancer awareness programs, and community outreach activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, corporate clients, and healthcare partners.
• Identify new business opportunities to increase patient footfall and referrals.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and hospital branding initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate patient inquiries and appointments.
• Maintain daily reports of calls, field visits, leads, and outreach activities.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Required Qualifications \& Skills

• Graduate in any discipline; Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Healthcare or hospital marketing experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in telecalling, lead generation, and relationship management.
• Willingness to travel locally for field visits and health camps.
• Target-oriented with good reporting and coordination skills.

Pay

₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
