Job Summary

We are looking for a enthusiastic Telecaller with at least 6 months of experience to join our team in Jaipur. The primary responsibility will be contacting potential customers, presenting company products/services, and generating leads or completing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound calling to potential and existing customers using provided lead lists.

Explaining company products, services, and offers clearly to prospective clients.

Answering customer inquiries and resolving queries effectively.

Conducting regular follow-ups with interested leads to close sales.

Maintaining accurate logs of calls, responses, and customer details in CRM or Excel spreadsheets.

Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly call and performance targets.

Key Requirements \& Qualifications

Education

Higher Secondary (10+2\) or Graduate in any field.

Experience

Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Support.

Language Skills

Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi; basic understanding of English is a plus.

Technical Skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Excel and web navigation).

Excellent active listening, convincing, and interpersonal skills.

Pay

₹18,000.00 per month
