Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems.
- Maintain HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS systems, and capacitor banks.
- Monitor and maintain electrical distribution systems.
- Attend electrical faults and ensure minimum downtime.
- Maintain building lighting systems, pumps, motors, and control panels.
- Conduct routine inspections and prepare maintenance reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for major repairs.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Monitor energy consumption and suggest energy-saving initiatives.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, inventories, and spare parts.
