Store Assistant

Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable Store Assistant to manage daily stock, incoming shipments, and material issuing for electronic and PCB components. You will ensure accurate inventory counts, correct kitting, and safe handling of sensitive electronic parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Handling: Receive, inspect, and label electronic components (ICs, SMD/Through-Hole parts, connectors, etc.).
• Kitting \& Issuing: Pick parts accurately based on Bill of Materials (BOM) lists for assembly lines or customer orders.
• ESD \& MSL Compliance: Follow Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protocols and Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) storage rules.
• Stock Tracking: Maintain inventory records using ERP software/Excel and assist with regular physical stock counts.
• Discrepancy Reporting: Drafting precise emails to report defective components, missing items, or damaged shipments with attached photos/invoice numbers.
• Requirements
• High school diploma or diploma in Electronics/Hardware (preferred).
• 1+ year of store/warehouse experience, ideally in the electronics or PCBA industry.
• Basic knowledge of electronic components and part codes.
• Familiarity with inventory software (ERP/Excel) and barcode scanners.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow ESD safety standards.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
