Job Description: Customer Support & Upselling Working Days: 6 days a week Weekly Off: 1 rotational week off Shift: Rotational shifts Shift Timings: - Male Candidates: 8:00 AM to 8:40 PM - Female Candidates: 8:00 AM to 7:40 PM Salary Structure: 1. For Freshers - CTC: ₹23,000 per month 2. For Experienced Candidates - CTC: ₹25,000 per month Eligibility Criteria - Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. - Experienced candidates must have at least 1 year of relevant work experience. - Experienced candidates must provide all relieving documents from their previous company. - Candidates should have good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. - Candidates should be comfortable with upselling and rotational shifts. Job Responsibilities: - Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. - Identify opportunities to upsell relevant products or services. - Communicate effectively with customers and maintain service quality. - Meet performance targets and follow company.
