About this job
Coordinate daily dispatch planning as per sales orders and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, Production, Accounts, and Logistics teams.
- Ensure timely loading and dispatch of finished goods.
- Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters for timely deliveries.
- Track dispatched shipments and update delivery status.
- Monitor pending orders and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Verify quantity, product, and destination before dispatch.
- Maintain daily dispatch records and MIS reports in Excel/ERP.
- Handle transporter and customer queries related to dispatch and delivery.
- Follow up on delayed or undelivered shipments and resolve issues.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company dispatch procedures.
- Maintain records of returned, damaged, or short-delivered materials.
- Support month-end dispatch reconciliation and reporting.
