Dispatch Coordinator

Coordinate daily dispatch planning as per sales orders and delivery schedules.

• Prepare and verify dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills.

• Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, Production, Accounts, and Logistics teams.

• Ensure timely loading and dispatch of finished goods.

• Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters for timely deliveries.

• Track dispatched shipments and update delivery status.

• Monitor pending orders and ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Verify quantity, product, and destination before dispatch.

• Maintain daily dispatch records and MIS reports in Excel/ERP.

• Handle transporter and customer queries related to dispatch and delivery.

• Follow up on delayed or undelivered shipments and resolve issues.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company dispatch procedures.

• Maintain records of returned, damaged, or short-delivered materials.

• Support month-end dispatch reconciliation and reporting.
