Inventory Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain stock levels of cement, steel, sand, aggregates, electrical supplies, plumbing materials, and other construction items.
• Material Receiving: Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Stock Records: Maintain accurate inventory records, stock registers, and material movement reports.
• Material Issuance: Issue materials to site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors based on approved requests.
• Stock Reconciliation: Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with inventory records.
• Procurement Coordination: Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure timely replenishment of materials.
• Material Storage: Ensure proper storage, identification, handling, and preservation of materials.
• Wastage Control: Monitor material consumption, identify shortages or excess stock, and reduce wastage and losses.
• Equipment Tracking: Maintain records of construction tools, machinery, equipment, and their movement.
• Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and material consumption reports.
• Documentation: Maintain delivery notes, material requisitions, goods received notes (GRNs), and stock transfer records.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure materials are stored safely and comply with site procedures.
• Flexible Working Hours: Ability to work flexible hours depending on project requirements and site operational needs.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
