SALES MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage the showroom sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.

Develop sales strategies to increase vehicle sales and dealership profitability.

Monitor daily sales performance, enquiries, bookings, and vehicle deliveries.

Guide and motivate Sales Executives to achieve individual and team targets.

Handle customer enquiries, negotiations, and escalated complaints.

Ensure timely follow-up of leads through calls and CRM/DMS.

Monitor test rides, bookings, finance, insurance, and vehicle delivery processes.

Coordinate with the RTO, Insurance, Accounts, and Stock teams.

Maintain customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.

Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.

Ensure proper showroom presentation, staff discipline, and customer service standards
