Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with good knowledge of MS Excel and data management. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating databases, preparing reports, and handling daily data entry operations.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, verify, and maintain data accurately in Excel sheets and company software.

Perform data matching between multiple Excel sheets.

Use Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, and other relevant functions.

Maintain records, reports, and documentation systematically.

Identify and correct data errors and discrepancies.

Perform sorting, filtering, and data verification.

Handle daily reporting and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

Maintain data confidentiality and accuracy.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.

Previous experience in data entry is required.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Practical knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Excel formulas.

Good typing speed with accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to manage large amounts of data and work independently.

Honest, punctual, responsible, and committed to work.
