We are looking for a responsible and experienced Warehouse Supervisor / In-Charge to manage day-to-day warehouse operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Complete Stock & Inventory Management

Maintain accurate Stock Inward & Outward Records

Receive and process Customer / Distributor Orders

Supervise Order Picking, Packing & Dispatching

Ensure On-Time Order Dispatch & Delivery Coordination

Monitor Stock Availability & Reorder Requirements

Maintain proper Warehouse Arrangement & Product Storage

Handle Clients, Distributors & Customer Enquiries

Manage Customer Complaints & Order Issues professionally

Coordinate Returns, Replacements & Damaged Products

Verify products, quantities and invoices before dispatch

Maintain Daily Stock & Dispatch Reports

Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Purchase & Logistics Teams

Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily duties

Ensure warehouse Cleanliness, Safety & Discipline

Reduce stock shortages, damages and dispatch errors

Perform regular Physical Stock Verification

Preferred Skills

• Strong warehouse and inventory management skills
• Good communication & client-handling ability
• Leadership and team-management skills
• Basic computer knowledge / Excel / ERP knowledge preferred
• Ability to work responsibly under pressure
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, retail, FMCG or direct selling will be an advantage

Requirements

Minimum qualification

Plus Two / Degree.

Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi preferred).

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).

Previous experience in customer service or call center is an added advantage.

Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience)Benefits
