PURCHASE EXECUTIVE

Requirements

B. Com Graduate from a recognized university

1–3 years of hands-on experience in purchase, procurement, supply chain, or a related function

Practical exposure to vendor sourcing, quotation comparison, and supplier coordination

Familiarity with procurement processes such as RFQ preparation, purchase order creation, and follow-up for timely delivery

Experience in the interior design, fit-out, or construction materials industry will be considered a strong advantage

Working knowledge of inventory management concepts, stock monitoring, and basic MRP systems

Experience using ERP software such as SAP, or similar platforms for purchase tracking and documentation

Good understanding of pricing structures, cost control, and basic negotiation techniques

Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with vendors, internal teams, and site staff

Proficiency in MS Excel for maintaining records, preparing reports, and handling basic data analysis

Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate documentation and records

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, project-driven environment

Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within the procurement function

Experience interior design or Construction firm is advantage

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
