Job Overview

Sooryavanshi Developers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team. The candidate will assist in the execution and supervision of construction projects, site management, quality control, and project coordination.

This position is suitable for fresh Civil Engineering graduates who are interested in gaining practical experience in real estate development and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at project sites.

Ensure construction work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Monitor work progress, labour deployment, material consumption, and workmanship.

Assist with quantity estimation, site measurements, and preparation of bills of quantities.

Read and interpret civil engineering drawings and construction plans.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams.

Assist in maintaining construction schedules and monitoring project milestones.

Conduct site inspections and report deviations or construction issues to senior engineers.

Maintain daily site reports, measurement records, and project documentation.

Support the implementation of construction safety procedures and quality control practices.

Qualifications

B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution.

Basic understanding of construction techniques, building materials, and site execution.

Knowledge of civil engineering drawings, measurements, and quantity estimation.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Willingness to travel to and work at project sites in Kochi and Alappuzha.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant internship or site experience may also apply.
