Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Customer Care / Customer Support.
- Freshers are not preferred.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Ability to handle customer calls, enquiries, and complaints professionally.
- Experience in handling customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and social media is preferred.
- Good problem-solving skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries.
- Provide accurate information about products, orders, and delivery updates.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain proper customer records and follow up when required.
- Coordinate with the internal team to provide timely updates to customers.
