Customer Care Executive

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Provide information about products, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.

Coordinate with the sales, production, warehouse, and dispatch teams.

Follow up on customer orders and delivery status.

Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.

Maintain customer records, order details, and follow-up reports.

Prepare quotations and assist with order processing, if required.

Ensure good customer relationships and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Qualification

Any Degree.

Experience

1–2 years in customer care or customer service preferred.

Experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage.

Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.

Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, and email handling.

Good coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
