Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and career-oriented Management Trainees to join our team. Candidates will receive structured training in immigration and study abroad services, sales, client handling, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in training on immigration, study abroad, and sales processes

Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients.

Understand client requirements and coordinate consultations.

Achieve assigned sales targets and conversion goals.

Maintain client records and follow-up reports.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery.

Follow company policies and complete assigned tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

Freshers and candidates with up to 03 year of experience can apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development.

Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
