Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to handle daily financial accounting, stock management, sales and purchase entries, and petty cash operations at our Nadarganj location. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in TallyPrime and a strong command over inventory tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Tally Accounting \& Data Entry: Record daily accounting transactions, including sales invoices, purchase orders, payments, receipts, and journal vouchers in TallyPrime.
• Inventory \& Stock Management: Maintain accurate stock records, monitor inward/outward inventory movements, and conduct regular stock reconciliations.
• Sales \& Purchase Voucher Processing: Prepare sales bills/invoices, verify purchase bills from vendors, and maintain proper documentation.
• Cash Handling: Handle daily petty cash, prepare cash vouchers, maintain cash registers, and conduct daily cash balance checks.
• Reconciliation: Perform periodic bank reconciliation, customer ledger reconciliation, and vendor payment tracking.

Key Requirements \& Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in core accounting roles.
• Software Skill: Hands-on proficiency in TallyPrime is strictly required.
• Education: Graduate (B.Com preferred) or relevant diploma in accounting.
• Key Skills: Attention to detail, cash management, stock audit basic knowledge, and good organization skills.
