Job Title: Customer Support Specialist – US Healthcare Process Location: Wagle Estate, Thane west Job Type: Full-Time Shift: Any Rotational Shifts (8am to next day 4.30am) Salary: Depends on last drawn 5 days working, 2 rotational weekoffs We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our US Healthcare process team. Required Skills & Qualifications HSC, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 1–3 years of experience in US healthcare customer service , medical billing(preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle high-volume calls and multitask effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset. Willingness to work US shifts . Preferred Qualifications Experience in claims processing , provider support , patient support , or revenue cycle management . Prior experience in a BPO or healthcare support environment.
