Telesales Executive (WFH)

Role & Responsibilities Job Title : Telesales and Service Executive - Work From Home About NoBroker : NoBroker is India's first Prop-Tech unicorn, making property transactions brokerage-free. We are hiring enthusiastic Telesales Executives for Work From Home. Key Responsibilities : 1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain NoBroker's paid plans / services (Rent, Sale, Packers & Movers, Legal Services etc.) 2. Handle inbound customer queries and provide excellent customer service. 3. Achieve daily / weekly sales targets and call targets. 4. Build rapport with customers, understand their requirements and pitch suitable products. 5. Maintain customer database and update CRM with call details. 6. Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Escalate complex issues to the concerned team. Preferred Candidate Profile: - Education: 12th Pass / Graduate / Undergraduate - Any stream can apply - Experience: 0-3 years experience in Telesales / Customer Service / BPO / Telecalling. Freshers with good communication can also apply. - Language: Excellent communication in English + Hindi (Regional language Kannada / Tamil / Telugu is an added advantage) - Must have excellent convincing and negotiation skills. - Should be target-oriented and self-motivated. - Mandatory Requirements for WFH: Laptop/Desktop with good configuration, Stable Wi-Fi/Broadband connection (Min 100 Mbps), and a quiet workspace. - Should be available to work 6 days a week, with rotational week off. - Immediate joiners preferred.
