Customer Care Representative

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Inbound Voice Team as Technical Support Agents. The role involves handling incoming customer calls, understanding technical issues, providing troubleshooting assistance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls from customers seeking technical support.

Identify technical problems and provide step-by-step solutions.

Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.

Record customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.

Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams.

Maintain service quality and follow company procedures.

Requirements

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and basic technical knowledge.

Patience and a customer-friendly attitude.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Freshers are welcome; technical certifications are an advantage.
