Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Sales Executive for a real estate firm. The candidate will be responsible for handling sales calls, generating leads, following up with potential clients, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls and handle inbound inquiries from potential customers.

Explain real estate projects, property details, pricing, and investment opportunities to clients over the phone.

Generate and qualify leads through calling and follow-ups.

Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and investors.

Follow up with interested clients and convert leads into successful sales.

Maintain customer databases and update call records regularly.

Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.

Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and deal closures.

Provide professional customer service and address client queries.

Requirements

3–7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.

Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.

Strong experience in phone-based sales and lead conversion.

Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to handle customer objections and close sales effectively.

Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills.

Good knowledge of real estate sales processes will be preferred.
